Terms of service

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless you are browsing with an IP from
another country. US customers browsing with a US IP address will see pricing in
USD. Users must ensure their physical location and IP address are within the
same country to be given accurate pricing.
• Payments by Visa or MasterCard only are accepted online, never by phone or
email.
• Payments made VIA “Shop Pay”, “Google Pay”, and “Affirm” are third-party
payment options. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to know the terms
of agreement provided by third-party payment options. Nutritower is not
responsible for the refusal of payment acceptance made at the discretion of third-
party providers.
• For security reasons, Nutritower reserves the right to decline any order where the
client information is flagged as suspicious by our fraud prevention department.

In stock orders

Orders are processed as they are received in our system and approved for
shipment from our warehouse.
• Orders leave the warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, and are
also subject to refusal by the carrier. Nutritower is not responsible for any delays
caused by the carrier.
• Order changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been
confirmed as shipped.
•Orders are shipped weekdays only by courier ground services.

Back orders

Prices for back orders are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
•In the event of a price increase the customer is provided the option of accepting
the increase or cancelling the order.
•Back orders are charged and shipped as stock arrives.

•Back orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of being notified
by email of the initial delivery delay and only if the product has not already been
shipped by the manufacturer.
• Cancellation requests sent to info@nutritower.com may require up to 24 hr
advance notice before cancellation can be confirmed.
